Blog tipping with Nano.to Plugin

accept tips for your blog posts in XNO with this plugin.
set the nano address in the users profile.
accept tips on the users author page or in the blog articles themselves.

admin can edit the nano address and tip amount in the users -> edit user
user can edit the nano address and tip amount in their user account settings -> user details
